How to prepare easily at home
Ingredients
  • 4 cups cream milk-1 liter
  • 1/3 cup of sugar-75gms
  • 1/2 cup of ghee-100gms
  • 4 bread slices
  • 5 drops of kewra water  and kewra essence
  • 4 green cardamom pods
  • 6 almonds, kishmis, pista
Few steps to prepare Shahi Tukda
  • Cut the 4 bread pieces into a triangle and remove the edges of the bread
  • Take a pan add oil and fry the bread pieces 
  • Next start preparing sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in a bowl
  • Dip the crispy bread slices in sugar syrup which we prepared first 
  • Boil the creamy milk till it turns to a thick consistency
  • Take a serving plate and spread the rabi milk consistency on the bread slices which we dipped in sugar syrup
  • Add some chopped dry nuts, honey and saffron water for extra taste
